Special Interests

Dr. Jack Choate has local roots in the Spokane-area since 1977. He is happily married and is a father of two boys, ages 9 and 4.  Together with their beloved German Shepherd, the Choate’s enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, especially traveling to the ocean beaches. Dr. Choate is an avid golfer and is still looking for his first hole-in-one. “I consider myself fortunate to have been blessed with such a wonderful family and it is a privilege to provide quality chiropractic health care to the Eastern Washington/North Idaho community.”  Dr. Choate looks forward to serving the area for many years to come.
