I have come so far with my hip problems. I couldn't find a comfortable position to sit or sleep when I came in for my first visit. With adjustments & helpful exercises, I'm doing better than ever. Dr Paula really listens to how I feel, when I notice improvements & when difficulties arise. Everyone is very pleasant & always in a good mood.

It’s my first time in this clinic.Nice people work at the clinic. The chiropractor created a treatment plan for me, which also included exercises for me to do at home. I have insurance and the prices at the clinic are affordable for me.

I have been seeing KC Ridgley for about 4 years. On my first visit, I was walking with a cane because I had no cartilage left in my knees and had difficulty walking. After a few visits, I haven't used the cane since and his targeted massages on my knees have made it possible for me to walk without canes and without pain. I would recommend him to anyone who has pain and joint issues. Without him, I would not be walking.

I’m extremely grateful for the care my family received from Spinal and Sport Care Clinic for many years. My family had seen Dr. Shirley in the past and we benefited tremendously. Since his retirement, Dr. Shirley recommended Dr. Van Dyken and we transition to Dr. Van Dyken since 2023.My family are exceptionally pleased with the excellent Chiropractic care from Dr. Van Dyken to restore our body functions. We had great result with our chiropractic care for years. My routine Chiropractic adjustments covered from head, shoulders, knees, and toes, it improves my posture, flexibility, range of motion of my spine, reduces muscles and joints pains throughout my body. I LOVE this clinic. Every practitioner here is AMAZING! You can get therapeutic or relaxation massages that are wonderful, and the chiropractic adjustments are seriously heaven. This place rules! Dr. Ken Van Dyken diagnoses and finds the underlying issues on your body, no matter how long you've had health problems.Headaches, chronic neck and back pain, tmj, migraines, etc. will all be addressed and I've personally not felt better in multiple years. I've been able to train with weights again, quality of sleep has improved, and general outlook and quality of life have benefited greatly.

Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They were able to get me in quickly for a massage with Sally and I cannot express how grateful I am for her. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed which is not easy to do. I feel like she listens to me and cares about my care. I highly recommend them. The front desk is very friendly and helpful!

I strained my back and was in quite a lot of pain. I phoned for an appointment and was able to be seen the same day. Michelle in the office checked my insurance benefits immediately and phoned me so that I would know exactly what I would be paying after the visit. Dr. Van Dyken adjusted my back and I was 70% pain free and more mobile immediately. It felt like a miracle! I am seeing him for a second appointment today but am at 95% healed, free of pain and stiffness and back to my active self. Doctor Van Dyken really cares about the patient and health. He never tries to sell you a yearlong plan of appointments. He is a very gifted and talented Chiropractor. I recommend him to everyone that I know and love!

After a number of injuries from sports and every day life, I found myself frequenting chiropractors and physical therapist. I was always incredibly skeptical of them. It often felt suggestive that I was miraculously healed, but then continued to experience pain. Now, my opinion is completely turned around. Ken VD is amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and take his time to access and work with you. This is not a wham-bam clinic trying to see as many people as possible. They care for you and build plans to see them less frequently and experience a better, healthier life.

I had a rotator cuff injury from a motor vehicle collision several years ago. For a long time I thought that shoulder would never have full function or be pain free. Physical therapy helped, but I believe it was K.C. Ridgley's massage work that put me over the top. Today that shoulder gives me no more trouble than the other shoulder. I continue to value K.C.'s help for plantar fascia and achillies issues, back spasms, and whatever else crops up.

Ridiculous at the inconsistent rate.They are literally doing the same thing at each visit, yet every time they charge a different amount. That makes no sense.I understand the initial examination being more, but every visit after I had the same work done to my back, and the amount changed.

I have been receiving medical massage from KC Ridgley for several months. He knows more about the way the human body functions than any massage therapist I have ever had. He never ceases to amaze me with his knowledge and technique as he works on healing my bodily injuries. I feel extremely lucky that he is my medical massage therapist and that my medical insurance works for him. There is a reason that he is booked up three months in advance.

Dr Paula is my favorite chiropractor in the world. I have had a lot of unexplained medical issues going on for a while. She was the first person willing to help. We found out that I have partial spine stenosis in my upper neck(I may have spelled that wrong) she has been helping relieve some of the pain in my neck. Which is amazing.Also I go to Justin for massage therapy. He is amazing at what he does. He is very kind and warm. Always makes you feel comfortable. I am an old school lady so having someone make me feel uncomfortable while getting massages is very important to me. I am very thankful to both of them. I would highly recommend both of them.

Paula DiMaio is who I see there and she is amazing! I've never had a chiropractor as thorough as her. My first visit she areas on my body and taught me alot. After only the second visit she has already started a recovery plan that includes just more then an adjustment. Highly recommended

Been coming here off and on for 35 years. Saw Dr. Shirley most of those years. Last week I saw Paula and she's great. Left today after sitting in her exam room waiting for over 20 minutes. WOULD have been okay if someone, anyone, would have came in and told me there was a delay or an emergency or something. But no one said anything. So I left and gave the board back to reception area.

Dr. Shirley is the best. I often come into the office crooked as hell, but he knows exactly how to fix me. He is also funny and personable which is a bonus. I also love that he treats me as needed and doesn't tell me to come back 3 times a weeks for months on end. I definitely wouldn't go to anyone else.

I was walking with serious knee and heel pain. I had started to limp at try to relieve some of the pressure. At the suggestion of a friend, I called and made an appointment with Spinal and Sports. I was able get in right away with Dr Van Dyken. On my first appointment I was greeted by a very friendly staff and saw the doctor right on time - no waiting. The first visit info was gathered and a treatment was done. I actually felt better that day. I continued to see Dr Van Dyken for a few visits and am delighted to say my knee is totally pain free and only minimal discomfort in my heel, which is healing. I strongly suggest making an appointment today.

Job Applicants BewareTL;dr: they called me in for an interview, ignored me and then ghosted on rescheduling. No apology or explanation.I was contacted by this business for their Massage Therapist position which they are (according to the job listing) is an "immediate opening" and they are "urgently hiring".I replied and applied for the position, which then led to a brief phone conversation and an invitation to come in for an interview the next day. I was a bit hesitant because I was informed that the salary range on the job listing is "a little misleading" due to the variance in how clients are charged but nevertheless I took time off from my current job to attend the interview.I arrived for my interview 15 minutes early only to be told by the receptionist that Dr. Shirley might not be able to see me due to some emergency but that they would check as soon as he was finished with his current client. I waited patiently for the appointed time and after nearly 20 minutes I heard boisterous conversation coming from the office as the client left. The receptionist went in to speak with Dr. Shirley and then came to me to tell me that in fact, he could not see me due to needing to leave for said emergency.I was told I would be contacted the next morning to reschedule. It has now been over a week of business days since then (excluding weekends where the office was closed) and I have not received a single communication from them

Unfortunately, I've been in a few car wrecks over the last few years. So, I've had the pleasure of meeting a few chiropractors and several massage therapists - who have patiently worked my body back to mostly pain free days! One therapist really stands out from the many who have helped me. Jacqueline Davis, LMP is a magician who has deep insight into what is happening with muscles and ligaments and all those kinds of things. I find that after Jacky works on me I have restored range of motion and less pain... well worth the time and money to come in and let her put me back in the right order! : )

Where do I start! Dr Choate is very good at what he does. I have been suffering from both vertigo and dizziness for years, which has progressively gotten worse. I have always felt it was due to cervical vertigo, which stems from the neck and that had been part of my issue. I have been to many doctors and chiropractors with no success. In addition to that, the chiropractors I had seen previous either only treated my neck or were afraid to touch me because of my dizziness. I have a good friend that has cervical vertigo suggest that I go to a sports chiropractor. Let me tell you it was a game changer for me. Dr. Choate took my case head on, making no promises. My first adjustment was so different than anything I had ever experienced. He worked not only on my neck and back, but he adjusted my TMJ area. I will say that my entire body reacted weirdly after the adjustment was done, almost like my nervous system was in shock. He allowed me to sit as long as it took for my body to settle down. Eventually I was able to leave, nervous of how I was going to feel with my issues. I was shocked when I got home, I felt better than I had felt in a long time. Do I still have issues with dizziness? Yes, I probably always will, BUT I feel that because of Dr. Choate I am in a much better position than I have been in a long time.

KC Ridgley is a miracle worker. I saw 4 different people ocer a year who couldn't make my shoulder stop hurting or figure out the issue. KC spotted the problem in about 2 minutes and gave me a plan to fix it. 5 months later I feel amazing and am released from care with no pain. If they wasn't enough their office staff is courteous fun and friendly. Would recommend then to everyone.

I started going to spinal and sports care about 3 months ago with severe neck pain. I called and was able to get an appointment for examination that day. Dr. Paula and the front desk ladies are so sweet and very helpful. Dr. Paula isn't only great at what she does, but she makes you feel like you have a friend in the room with you. When I'd go in for adjustments, I was always greeted as soon as I walked in the door. After every adjustment, the room was brighter. Dr VanDyken was great. He adjusted me and gave me some exercises and stretches to help me keep my back and hips strong! He also has a great personality and sense of humor. I’ll be coming to him the next time I need an adjustment!The only issue I had was that the reception and staff were insistent on wearing a mask but then there was a receptionist who was never wearing hers over her mouth and nose, but handing out masks to everyone coming through the door. Just kind of like, idk ironic? Weird?Either way I’d still recommend VanDyken any day!

Dr. Dyken has helped give my jaw the mobility I'd been lacking for over a month! Even from just the first visit I was able to see and feel immediate improvement and relief, what with migraines, being unable to fully open my jaw, and my face being sore. Absolutely amazing work and working staff!!
