Spinal Sports reception staff are friendly and helpful. I see Dr. Paula (who is great) for chiropractic and KC for massage therapy. All of the massage therapists are great, but KC best serves my current needs. I love gaining knowledge from them with suggestions to work toward better health and body ergonomics to help prevent future disease and disability. I highly recommend Spinal Sports.

I have been coming to this office for probably 10 years now, since being diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis of my spine. Dr Shirley came highly recommended by my pcp and he was right. I would not trust my chiropractic care anywhere else. They can also treat other sports related injuries and TMJ. I have been seen after car accidents as well. And now that Dr Shirley has retired Dr V has done an amazing job treating me since. I could not recommend a better place.

I have been seeing KC Ridgley for about 4 years. On my first visit, I was walking with a cane because I had no cartilage left in my knees and had difficulty walking. After a few visits, I haven't used the cane since and his targeted massages on my knees have made it possible for me to walk without canes and without pain. I would recommend him to anyone who has pain and joint issues. Without him, I would not be walking.

Let me tell you *clap , clap* lol Dr. Van Dyken . I have no words but , MAAAAAAAANNN!!!! I've been a patient (chiropractic) since my last pregnancy trimester and after . He is gentle and well mannered. He doesn't just flip and toss you like a pancake . My body is doing a lot better . Now we have Masseuse KC (Kevin) AAAAHHHH , this man will have you hurting and feeling great at the same time. Super knowledgeable and explains what you're feeling and why . I've been going here for over a year, suffering after several years without treatments. I didn't believe anyone could give me the same care and concern as my last chiropractor, which had to retire due to medical issues. I suffered for no reason. Dr Ken (Van Dyken) picked up the ball, in mid flight, and started a path to improvement. He's concern and game plan got me on the path of improvement. Although my pain will never be able to be eliminated, he has done an incredible job and his efforts have made it livable. I've added in-office massage to my overall game plan, to give me additional improvements to my mobility and pain management.I've found the office staff to be very helpful and pleasant in navigating these tough times of insurance issues and change.I award them the 5 stars they truly deserve.MattPS I love the online scheduling app, avoiding long unproductive phone calls. Also, nice to get the reminders electronically.

I've dealt with a reoccurring issue for several years, and this is the only place where I go in, often same-day, I get everything put back in place, and I'm good as new with a little rest (This is after an intensive treatment that lasted a couple months) To clarify, that's going from immobile to mobile in a matter of hours from a flare-up. It's been manyyyyyyy years since my serious car accident in college (don't try to figure out how many years, just trust me when I say it was awhile ago). I have been to chiropractors EVERY WHERE - Spokane Valley, Garland district, even Texas!No one compares to the level of care you recieve here. The front desk/billing staff are always eager to help and patient to answer any (and all) the questions you have.Dr. Van Dyken is a genius! He takes the time to listen to what you say (because you know your body best) and then comes up with a proactive treatment plan. For me, part of that plan was starting to incorporate excercise therapy in addition to chiropractic treatments.There are a lot of places you can choose, but I truly recommend you start here.

The life of a Super Villain is an arduous one. Long hours in my secret laboratory, fighting do-gooders in sewer vaults and back alleys, and hatching nefarious plans to overthrow the world can really take a toll on one’s body. After years of this lifestyle, even I am not so maniacal, I had to admit I needed help. I went to the Spinal and Sports Care clinic for adjustments because I was getting lower back pain, sciatica, and binding in my neck. The staff here are great, and the Doctors are amazing. They take the time to listen to you whether it’s small talk or health issues, or ranting poetic over past efforts of mayhem. I wish they could join the team and hench for me! They got me fixed up quickly so I can get back to directing collaborators and pursuing world domination. One last bit to consider, Spinal and Sports Care clinic accepts the Union of Evil-Doers Local 613 Insurance plan or be sure to ask for the super villain discount if paying by cash or card. I would highly recommend the Spinal and Sports Care clinic for Super Villains and professional Goons alike!

I really love this clinic! I appreciate that they put together a treatment plan and they include multiple aspects of healthcare to treat you (chiropractor manipulation, physical therapy, massage therapy, etc). I haven’t seen any additional costs either.In contrast to another clinic I went to for a long time, that clinic would put together a ‘treatment’ plan, but they didn’t emphasize other aspects (like PT) nearly as much. That clinic also wanted me to come back continuously… like every 4-6 weeks.Even though I’ve only been to 2 clinics for my chiropractor care, I really appreciate how they run their clinic. They are actually trying to treat the problem— not just make you feel better for a few weeks.

I am so grateful for the care I receive here. Dr. Van Dyken really works with my beat up body. I have degenerative arthritis and there are multiple MRIs to study, he always refers to my history before adjusting me. He gives me helpful exercises to do as well. The office staff are very polite and efficient. I also receive cold laser for my shoulders, it really works. I can't say enough good things about KC Ridgley my massage guy. Just all around outstanding service in this clinic.
