Dr. Jack Choate
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Jack Choate has proudly called the Spokane area home since 1977 and has been providing chiropractic care since 1988. He is passionate about helping patients navigate complex cases, with a particular focus on auto accident injuries, work-related injuries, and care for veterans through the VA.
Outside the office, Dr. Choate enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his wife and two sons. He considers himself fortunate to have a wonderful family and feels privileged to provide quality chiropractic care to the communities of Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
Dr. Choate is committed to helping his patients achieve better health and well-being and looks forward to continuing to serve the community for many years to come.
